Trauma-informed therapy that celebrates neurodivergence, queerness, and all kinds of diversity.
Hello, and welcome.
Well done for making the scary first step towards seeking more support.
Brighton, London Bridge, and online.
I’m Bex (she/they), a BACP-accredited therapist.
Your journey of feeling more you starts here.
I have lived experience of late diagnosed ADHD, am trauma-informed, and I work hard to stay anti-racist.
Therapy with me is warm and friendly. It’s you and me having a chat over a cuppa. (I am happy to provide the hot drink). It doesn’t need to feel scary. We can chat about whatever you like.
To help you explore, I might draw on inner child and parts work, creative tools (drawing, imagination, meditation), and ways to help you to regulate your nervous system and heal after trauma.
We’ll go at your pace. The aim will be to get to the root of what’s going on and where you want to be. You can start to feel lighter.
Do you ever wonder what’s ‘wrong’ or ‘different’ about you?
Spoiler alert: there’s nothing wrong with you.
Even if your mind says you ‘should be fine’, but your body disagrees. Or a past therapist didn’t get you.
With the right support, you can feel at home in yourself, able to live without shame, and brave enough to build the life you want to be living.
